Bank Transfer — you can deposit your payment into our official bank account and share the screenshot on our WhatsApp.

VELUNA FASHION reserves the right to cancel or delay any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or delivery restrictions.
3. Product Availability & Colors
We do our best to display accurate product colors and sizes.
However, slight variations may occur due to lighting or display settings on your device.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan using trusted courier services.
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

5. Returns & Refunds

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

If the mistake is ours (wrong size, damaged item, wrong article), we’ll cover the return cost.
