We understand that sometimes you might need to exchange or return a product, and we’re here to make that process as smooth as possible.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The product has a size issue (does not fit properly).

You received a damaged or wrong item.
To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

You will be asked to share clear pictures of the item to verify the issue before the return is approved.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Items that have been worn or used

Damage caused by mishandling after delivery

Returns requested after 3 days of receiving the parcel
3. Return Shipping Cost

If the mistake is from our side (wrong size, damaged item, or incorrect article), VELUNA FASHION will cover the return shipping cost.

If the wrong size or article was selected by the customer, the customer will pay the return shipping cost.
4. Refund Process

Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect items that cannot be replaced.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the refund approval.

Refunds are processed through bank transfer within 5–7 business days after approval.
5. Exchange Process
If your return request is approved for a size exchange:

We’ll ship the replacement pair once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
